Cirro’s expenses module is an easy and quick way to file expenses associated with any of your itineraries .

To create an expense, click the “Record an expense” button and then the corresponding job. If the expense isn’t attached to a specific job, simply click the “No Job” button. Continue through the process, selecting the category and entering the necessary details.

You can also attach receipts and add comments. If you’re on a mobile device or tablet, you have the option to attach a photo of the receipt using the device camera. Multiple pictures can be uploaded for multiple receipts.

The recently entered expense will now be visible under the unapproved section of my expenses. From here it can be edited and deleted (in the edit page). Once expenses are approved they can still be viewed but can’t be deleted or edited.
