User Management

  • For user account administrators, the “allow user to log in” toggle has been replaced with a “disable user account” toggle in the Staff Details section for each user. As a result of this change, the toggle will be set to “off” for all active users and may at first look incorrect, but for active users is to be expected. Changing the toggle to “on” will highlight the toggle red, and disable the user accordingly. Additionally, a pop-up will occur to warn the admin they are about to disable a user as a failsafe. The batch edit tool can still be used to disable multiple users at once, and avoid the new warning. This change has been made to both correct the wording of that toggle and better suit the other per-user actions in this section of the Staff Details page.
  • Added tracking for all EU based phone numbers in Personal Preferences.

Time Tracking

  • Base Location can now be tracked on a per entry basis within FDT and Time Sheets modules.
  • Added New Zealand Part 135 Regulation to FDT tracking.
  • Added South African Part 127 & 133 Regulation to FDT tracking.
  • Added Swiss FDT Regulation to FDT tracking.
  • Added input for Canadian 604 travel, hygiene & meal times.
  • Fixed issue with application of category and class night currency in Canadian FDT tracking.
  • Flight Crew Currency tracking no longer displays green colour when no takeoff/landing data has been inputted.
  • Fixed issue with Canadian 406 unforeseen operational circumstance maximum duty in 90 day interval.
  • Fixed issue with certain overnight entries resulting in “double-counted” hours of work.
  • After making a change to the aircraft or location fields in timesheets module, a synchronization is now triggered.

Company Library – Certificates

  • Fixed issue where certificate record attachments may not load on all user sessions.
  • Fixed issue with toggle to notify users of course assignments, when deselected users will not be notified.
  • Fixed issue with YOW integration where a blank Company Address and/or Employer Signature could result in 500 errors and course access issues.
  • Fixed issue with the Enroll in Course button for LMS courses where a speedy load of Company Library immediately after a sync could hide the button from view or selection.

Billing and Invoicing

  • Custom Fields can now be tracked independently as required on Flight Report or Scheduler instead of both or neither.

Safety Management

  • Updated Trend Monitoring graph tool and included CSV export direct from new graph.

Maps and Charts

  • Updated description for LFKA airport in route planning tool.
