Workplace Health & Safety Training

  • Added Employee and Employer digital signatures to the completed training wall certificates. Signatures are already included on the completed training wallet certificates.
  • Added an automatic prompt to digitally sign training certificates when a course is completed.

Company Library

  • Added a text comment for the file size limit in all file attachment interfaces in the company library. An additional prompt has been added for situations where the maximum file size limit is exceeded.
  • Disabled users are now shown in Company Library / Contacts. Users need to be assigned to a ‘hidden’ role to be excluded from the interface views.
  • Deleted users removed from exported certificates reports.

User Admin

  • Updated text and interface to indicate that newly added users can login to the system and will be required to change their password on their first login attempt.
  • Newly added users can now be disabled by admins if needed.

Automated Actions

  • Flight Duty Time summary email now displays violations & warnings in chronological order from newest to oldest.
  • Automated Action emails have been added to ‘Notification Type’ dropdown in Notification Log.

Flight Reports

  • Restored deleted flight reports section to the ‘Archived’ page within the flight reports module.

Transportation of Dangerous Goods

  • Resolved issue caused by screen rotation that effected digital signatures created on mobile devices.

Flight Duty Times

  • Resolved issue with 604 entries not counting hours of work or flight time totals under 703/704/705
  • Resolved issue with specific time zone affecting module usage for select users.
  • Resolved issue with unavailable/missing dates for flight and duty time entries for select users.
