General
- Added a new in-app PDF viewer to account for browser PDF loading issues.
Company Library Certificates
- ‘My Certificate’ records are now available for offline use. This includes reference to any attached files or training certificates that have been uploaded or linked to the record. In a simple example, if you’ve uploaded a copy of your ‘Pilot Medical’, you will now be able to pull details and a digital copy of the file when offline.
- Certificate Admins are now able to send either reminders to specific users or all assigned on a certificate record which is invalid or approaching expiry.
- Quality Control Certificate Records section now displays at all times for users with appropriate responsibilities, and displays warning text with the number of records available to be reviewed when applicable.
- Bulk certificate result updates now allow for single attachment(s) to be applied to all records.
- Updated descriptor text for the “Modify Own” permission level of Certificate Tracking.
Expenses
- Added the ability to mark ‘Company – Non Revenue’ expenses as reimbursed from the Admin Expenses module.
- Fixed issue attaching PDF files to individual or admin expenses.
Flight Duty Times
- Fixed improper text display after acknowledging a flight duty warning in the FDT Summary Email.
Flight Itinerary
- Fixed an issue where the itinerary module would navigate to the Maps and Charts module if the user exited the map whilst creating an itinerary route plan.
Flight Reports
- Added better reporting to the Flight Report Modification History table, changes are now highlighted and shown with previous version for quick comparison.
Schedule
- Custom timezones (outside of prior device or UTC limitations) can now be used throughout the scheduler. A new time zone drop down is available
- Patched issue assigning multiple crew roles in one booking edit.
Transportation of Dangerous Goods
- Module access is now immediately responsive following the users training status. Previously the system required a resync following successful TDG training to allow module access.
- Fixed an issue where users would receive a 500 error when completing a TDG manifest on behalf of another pilot.
- Restored ability to select responsible users on Equivalency Certificates.
Vehicle Maintenance
- Improved error message displayed when vehicles with duplicate names or license plates are added.
Weight and Balance
- Metric aircraft now display kg values in external load and total cargo fields.
