Dangerous goods compliance is accomplished through a process driven module. The system is capable of utilizing all Canadian exemptions for the transportation of dangerous goods. Users are restricted on which exemptions are available and the types of dangerous goods they are capable of accepting and transporting under their level of training.
A complete database contains a list of all dangerous goods that are accepted and forbidden for transport. Users can quickly search the database for the good they are attempting to transport and have readily available access to emergency response procedures for each dangerous good.
During the process users are prompted to complete appropriate acceptance checklists to add items to their manifest. All transported dangerous goods documents are available for future audits along with rejected dangerous goods shipments and the associated checklists.
