- Overhauled Aircraft List interface

Clients and Jobs
- Aircraft types can now be assigned to a job by using the copy button for an aircraft in the unassigned aircraft section of job creation/editing

- Certificate Export can now be properly filtered by roles and/or tags
- YOW Courses now prompt admins for required inputs (employer signature and address) when unfilled

- Groups with only Flight Reports can now access required portions of the Billing and Invoicing options in Admin Tools
