Our security controls are independently audited and continuously monitored to support the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer information and systems. AirSuite incorporates layered security controls across its systems and operations, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, least privilege access principles, secure authentication practices, system monitoring, vulnerability management, and secure backup and recovery procedures. We maintain established incident response and business continuity processes. Security awareness and operational accountability are also important parts of our internal culture. Employees receive security awareness training and follow documented operational security procedures and information handling practices. Vendor and third-party risk management is incorporated into our broader security and compliance framework.

Security Document Requests

AirSuite supports customer and partner cybersecurity due diligence processes and recognizes that vendor risk management and compliance reviews are a critical part of procurement and operational governance.

Qualified organizations may request additional security and compliance documentation, including SOC 2 Type II reports, ISO certification summaries, security questionnaires, select control evidence, and supporting compliance materials. Requests are reviewed via our internal security and compliance process that includes management authorization, and AirSuite Inc. withholds the right to request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) be signed prior to the release of documentation.
