Billing (Clients and Jobs)
- The email CC list on Clients & Jobs now displays in a well-organized table, matching the layout used elsewhere in the system.
Billing (Flight Reports)
- Flight report emails no longer repeat the recipient’s name or email in the greeting, and the secure link is now shown only once for signature requests.
- Internal users added to the flight report CC list now receive the flight report PDF with all notification emails. External users will receive a link to the signature page until the report has been signed.
Billing (Quoting)
- Multiple contacts can now be added to a client and selected when creating a quote, with options to receive quote emails when a quote is sent, updated, or signed.
Company Library (Certificates)
- Cirro Training and Aerostudies Sample courses are now grouped according to their type in the course picker.
Maps & Charts (Fuel Caches)
- Fuel cache updates on flight report legs remain attached and retain their edited values when moving between the edit screen and preview, even when other legs have no fuel cache entry.
Safety Management (SMS)
- Draft reports are now visible only to the user who created them; other users (including admins) no longer see drafts in the report list or CSV export until the draft is submitted.
- The SMS module now opens with a left-side navigation menu organized into Reporting, Information, and Settings sections.
- Report-level comments are now included when generating a report PDF. Comments marked “Only Admin” appear only in PDFs generated by administrators.
- The 5 Why’s analysis now displays as the default (first) method when adding a Root Cause Analysis, and the analysis method used is shown in the Risk Register.
- Reports submitted as an Occurrence now keep their report type when viewed or edited.
- When switching an existing 5-Why analysis to the manual Root Cause Analysis method, a confirmation prompt now explains that whys not marked as findings will be hidden.
