by | Oct 19, 2026 | Changelog

Admin Tools (Asset Resources)

  • Aircraft using maintenance integrations can now be configured with a default time value to import (air time, flight time, billing time, or Hobbs), set individually per aircraft.

Billing (Expenses)

  • Expense administrators can download all images attached to the expenses matching the current filters in a single ZIP file.

Billing (Flight Reports)

  • Users on the CC list of a signature request now receive a link to review and sign the flight report, and no longer see messaging suggesting they cannot sign.
  • Company Non Rev jobs can be selected from the client/job dropdown even after choosing an aircraft ident first.

Billing (Invoicing)

  • Billing and invoicing options now label the footer text and templates as “Report Footer Text” and “Report Templates”.

Flight Duty Times (FDT)

  • The 7, 30, 42, and 90 day flight time totals reset when a crew member receives 5 consecutive days off at any point within the 30 day non-overlapping period, not only immediately before it.

Forms

  • Filled forms can be exported in bulk from Automated Actions, with options for the form, recipient, date range, and export format (PDF or JSON), including any drawn signatures.

Fuel Caches

  • Fuel cache history shows the correct user who last updated the cache, whether updated from a flight report or from the maps and charts module.
  • Contacts added to a fuel cache’s alert list are saved together with the main fuel cache save.

Personal Itineraries

  • The personal itinerary module can be enabled or disabled independently of the vehicle module.

Personal Preferences

  • Users with Australian mobile numbers can receive verification text messages when confirming their phone number.

Safety Management (SMS)

  • Management of Change (MOC) reports can be created as a dedicated report type, visible only to administrators.
  • A dedicated Management of Change section provides View Changes, MOC Dashboard, MOC Actions, and CSV export entry points.
  • MOC reports are excluded from general hazard and occurrence lists, dashboards, exports, and corrective actions.
  • The MOC dashboard shows metrics for Management of Change reports only.
  • MOC mitigation actions are listed separately from standard corrective actions.
  • MOC data can be exported to CSV using MOC-specific columns.
  • Terminology throughout MOC reports reflects change management, such as Change Title, Change Owner, Impact Assessment, and Mitigation Measure.
  • MOC notification emails use MOC-specific wording.
  • MOC timeline entries use change management terminology, and Yes/No fields display as readable values.
  • MOC reports require a verification and closeout step before they can be closed, capturing implementation date and outcome, residual risk, and lessons learned.
  • Adding new items to a verifying or closed MOC report returns it to implementing.
  • Archived reports now include Management of Change reports and moved under Settings as View Archive.
  • Only administrators can close submitted safety reports; users with submit permission no longer see the close option.
  • Corrective action due dates match between the corrective actions list and the action plan.
  • Keyword categories can be created without changing the default colour, and keywords inherit the category colour.
  • Pictures attached to hazard and occurrence reports can be downloaded by administrators.

Scheduler

  • FareHarbor bookings appear in the scheduler at the time selected in FareHarbor.

Time Sheets

  • Location Worked options in time sheets include the group’s own country and its bases for international groups.

User Administration

  • Vehicle report, vehicle, and vehicle maintenance permissions can be assigned per role, controlling access to the vehicles module.
  • Access to personal itineraries within the vehicles module respects admin permissions, so non-admins only see their own itineraries.

Vehicle Tracking

  • The vehicle module can be enabled or disabled independently of the personal itinerary module.

Weight and Balance (W&B)

  • Equipment items can only be installed on aircraft whose type matches the item’s fuel, seating, or centre of gravity configuration.
  • Two optional items with the same key abbreviation can no longer be installed on the same aircraft.
  • The equipment installation picker filters items to those valid for the aircraft type.
  • Fuel, seating, centre of gravity, and baggage configurations for an equipment item can be filtered to a specific aircraft model.
