Company Library Certificates

• ‘My Certificate’ records are now available for offline use. This includes reference to any attached files or training certificates that have been uploaded or linked to the record. In a simple example, if you’ve uploaded a copy of your ‘Pilot Medical’, you will now be able to pull details and a digital copy of the file when offline.
• Certificate Admins are now able to send either reminders to specific users or all assigned on a certificate record which is invalid or approaching expiry.
• Quality Control Certificate Records section now displays at all times for users with appropriate responsibilities, and displays warning text with the number of records available to be reviewed when applicable.
• Bulk certificate result updates now allow for single attachment(s) to be applied to all records.
• Updated descriptor text for the “Modify Own” permission level of Certificate Tracking.

Expenses

• Added the ability to mark ‘Company – Non Revenue’ expenses as reimbursed from the Admin Expenses module.
• Fixed issue attaching PDF files to individual or admin expenses.

Flight Duty Times

• Fixed improper text display after acknowledging a flight duty warning in the FDT Summary Email.

Flight Itinerary

• Fixed an issue where the itinerary module would navigate to the Maps and Charts module if the user exited the map whilst creating an itinerary route plan.

Flight Reports

• Added better reporting to the Flight Report Modification History table, changes are now highlighted and shown with previous version for quick comparison.

Schedule

• Custom timezones (outside of prior device or UTC limitations) can now be used throughout the scheduler. A new time zone drop down is available
• Patched issue assigning multiple crew roles in one booking edit.

Transportation of Dangerous Goods

• Module access is now immediately responsive following the users training status. Previously the system required a resync following successful TDG training to allow module access.
• Fixed an issue where users would receive a 500 error when completing a TDG manifest on behalf of another pilot.
• Restored ability to select responsible users on Equivalency Certificates.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Improved error message displayed when vehicles with duplicate names or license plates are added.

Weight and Balance

• Metric aircraft now display kg values in external load and total cargo fields.

Flight Reports

• Resolved bug where new flight reports occasionally defaulted PIC field to 1st alphabetical pilot from list.
• Resolved issue where alternate operator logo was shown when viewing flight reports via emailed links.

Flight Duty Times

• Removed erroneous limit on flight time under 406 flight training operations.

Personal Itineraries

• Date field on new personal itineraries will now be auto filled with the current date and remain changeable where necessary.
• ETA field on personal itineraries is now selectable and can be more easily changed using a keyboard.
• Vehicle drop down is now searchable.
• Increased frequency of background refresh on the list of personal itineraries.
• Fixed bug with manual refresh button.

Vehicle Reports

• Submitted vehicle reports are now removed from the pending list without a manual refresh.

User Accounts

• Added warning when maximum number of tags is exceeded when adding tags to multiple users through the batch edit tool.
• When admins use the ‘Force user to change password’ function on a user account, that user will now receive an email with a password reset link.
• Resolved issue with User CSV Export.

SMS

• Resolved issue where changing values on a Risk Factor within the Matrix would cause duplication of risk factors and duplicate questions when admins added consequences to a submitted report.

Bases and Departments

• Added red highlighting to required fields when adding a new base location.
• Added validation when saving a new department to prevent saving without required fields.

Company Library

• Improved Certificate update workflow to prevent inadvertent edits to existing records when trying to add a new record.
• Fixed ‘Show Users’ links in Weekly Summary emails.

Automated Actions
