Cirro Status and Maintenance

• 11:30 EDT – We’re investigating reports of degraded communication services. Cirro may not be able to send or receive text messages, e-mails or phone calls at this time.
• 11:45 EDT – Services impacted by the communications outage are now configured to more quickly move on from trying to dispatch messages.
• 16:30 EDT – We are no longer seeing elevated error rates on outgoing messaging operations.

Cirro will undergo maintenance between 23:00 on Sunday, June 21st and 03:00 on Monday, June 22nd.

While we don’t foresee any downtime, please expect that the service may be degraded.

• 12:17 EDT – Users may encounter a “522 Error”, which we are working to resolve as soon as possible
• 13:27 EDT – Normal connectivity was restored and all server issues resolved.
