TRAINING ANNOUNCEMENT

Together, the Cirro and YOW Canada integration was designed to bring all of your training and administration into a single place.

You can now directly assign workplace H&S training courses to your users, with results automatically linked to Cirro training certificates. Training includes popular and regulatory required items such as WHMIS, Workplace Violence and Harassment, TDG Ground, and several others. Maps & Charts

• Added offline download for NOTAMs and TFRs.
• Improved logic for decoding NOTAM text to overlay in chart.
• Fixed issue with downloading PDF copies of specific CFS subsections.
• Fixed issue with shared waypoint access.

Weight and Balance

• Added functionality for unlimited optional (pilot selectable) options in weight and balance module. This disables the temporary configuration matrix for an aircraft, and instead performs the calculation as the optional equipment items are selected.

Flight Reports

• Fixed issue with auto-fill of custom email field based on other Client entries to the field.
• Fixed issue with non-billable leg total calculations.
• Fixed issue with Custom Client Billing Info.

Flight Itineraries

• Fixed issue with metric aircraft weight and balance values when loaded from a scheduler event.
• Fixed issue with opening itineraries from a scheduled booking outside of the start time listed on the booking’s planned legs
• Fixed issue with manual entry route map option

Scheduler

• Reduced frequency of crewmember currency checks when editing for faster booking changes.

Company Library

• Added the ability to change the presented order of assigned training courses linked to a Cirro certificate. In the certificate edit page, if multiple courses are assigned and need to be presented in a certain order they can be clicked, dragged and dropped into the desired sort order.

General

• Updated Low Bandwidth Mode label to clarify when enabled.

User Activity Log

• Updated Action Type labels with plain language description.

Passenger Manifesting

• Fixed display issue indicating signed briefings were unsigned.
• Fixed expiry issue with hour validity period briefings.

Transportation of Dangerous Goods

• Added the ability to create Equivalency Certificates (EC) for the addition of Dangerous Goods (DG) items to the Limited Access workflow. They can be managed by a DG Admin in the DG module / Settings and Configurations. As the EC work continues, all Helicopter Association of Canada (HAC) offered EC’s will be made available as a templated option.

Flight Itinerary

• Patched issue uploading offline-entered leg info after returning to data connection.

Company Library

• Responsible users can now mark the practical component of an Aerostudies integrated certificate as complete directly in Cirro.

Maps and Charts

• Resolved issue with offline map layers loading on mobile devices.
• NOTAM’s and TFR’s can now be displayed on the map. Accessible by selecting the NOTAM / TFR button in the Layers menu. NOTAM’s and TFR’s are displayed in red on the map layer and when selected a slide out menu appears from the right hand side with details on the NOTAM / TFR. This option is only available in Canada and the USA. Offline download of NOTAM’s / TFR’s to follow in a future release.

Company Library

• Fixed an issue where admins were unable to edit the details of some company certificates that had an LMS linked training course without first selecting another certificate.
• Patched intermittent issues downloading offline resources.

Flight Reports

• Added new format option for Flight Reports specific to gulf of Mexico oil and gas customers.

Scheduler

• Resolved issue utilizing multi-booking feature when the default base filter was set to anything other than “all company bases”.

User Admin

• Patched issue with intermittent “Error 401” occurring when switching Cirro user accounts.

Admin FDT Update Tool

• Fixed an issue that was resulting in a blank calendar to load when accessing a user’s FDT calendar from the Admin FDT Update tool. Upon exiting the calendar view it would also result in a continuous synchronization to occur. This has also been resolved.

Scheduler

• Resolved issue resulting in extreme load times after making edits in the scheduler.

Security

• Fixed an issue where time outs applied to users on account lockouts were not being visually maintained in the selection menu. Time until users can attempt a login after lockout can be adjusted in Admin Tools / Group Settings / Security.

Admin Reports

• Applied multiple texts fixes in the User Activity Log, Action Type dropdown menu.

Maps and Charts

• Fixed an issue where the quick leg entry tool accessed from the map would not open unless the user interacted with the full leg entry tool first.

Company Library

• Fixed an issue where Cirro Training Courses were not enabled by default for new Cirro groups. Cirro Training Courses can be attached directly to a Cirro Certificate for easy onboarding and recurrent training with staff.

Tasks & Scheduler

• Fixed an issue where Tasks were not appearing in the Schedule module.

Company Library

• Added a new ‘description’ field on memos that will display below the memo name and date in the Company Library to provide assigned users additional context.
• Added the option to mark a memo as essential, meaning a crewmember will not meet the Fit-To-Fly checks initiated when filing a new flight if they have not acknowledged all essential memos.
• Added ability to export all filled forms when Form admin permissions are granted. This was limited to Super Users and Form creators in the past.
• Fixed issue where users with hidden roles were being included in Certificate .csv reports.

Schedule

• Resolved issue editing booking legs using the right click options in schedule module.
• Booking history hyperlink showing previous versions of a booking restored to normal functionality.
• Fixed issue adding passengers added to legs greater 1 on multi leg bookings.
• Fixed issue copying booking from before the Daylight Savings Time change to after the time change.

Maps and Charts

• Canadian NOTAM, GFA and Satellite data restored via hotpatch.

Passenger Manifesting

• Fixed issue where passengers associated with Archived Clients were not properly displaying when the Not Assigned (N/A) dropdown filter was selected.
• Added the ability to filter by, and add passengers, from all system clients when creating an itinerary, flight report, or scheduled event. The filter will default to the selected client, but can be changed to view all or any other passenger grouping.

Quoting

• Fixed issue where default aircraft rates with a decimal assigned in Admin Tools / Aircraft Maintenance / Aircraft list were being rounded to the nearest whole value in the quoting module.
• Fixed issue generating a quote when the Passenger Manifesting module was deactivated.
• Fixed rounding error when using per mile billing options.
• Fixed tax value rounding error.

Invoicing

• Fixed issue where users were unable to create an invoice from a completed quote.

Scheduler

• Fixed issue managing passengers on a per leg basis within scheduler events.

Scheduler

• Fixed an issue preventing the copying of bookings.

Quoting

• Fixed an issue preventing the copying of quotes.
• Fixed an issue preventing the adding of legs to quotes.

Passenger Manifesting

• Added additional prompts to notify pilots of users that may have been missed when using the bulk briefing tools in Passenger Manifesting / Brief Passengers.
• Resolved issue using Client dropdown to sort passengers in Flight Itinerary or Flight Report module.

Quoting

• Passenger manifests can now be managed within and added to quotes. This combines with the “create scheduler event from quote” features to maintain per leg passenger rosters through to the Scheduler, Flight Itinerary, and Flight Report.
• A quote can now be used to generate a scheduler event, a flight report, or both. This flight report or scheduler event will use the same client/job, aircraft(s), routing(s), and passenger manifest(s).
• Quote emails and online review/approval hyperlinks are now available in French and English.
• Fixed issue with quote display in emails to external contacts.
• Fixed issue with external quote-approval signature pad.
• Fixed issue with quote summary cost values when billing by distance.

Invoicing

• Invoice emails and online review hyperlinks are now available in French and English.

Company Library

• Changed the label ‘Integrations’ to ‘Training Courses’ when editing a certificate’s details.

Scheduler

• Custom colours can now be assigned to events in the scheduler. Head into Admin Tools->Scheduler Options to find the new ‘Scheduler Categories’ section and generate colour-coded categories. After this, any event in the scheduler can be assigned to a category to match the assigned category colour.
• Added workover hours display along with reporting via Cirro API.
• Resolved issue with scheduler booking acknowledgements.

Flight Duty Times

• Fixed issue with CAR700.103(e) applying the 365-Day Flight Time Limit to medevac operations.

General

• Improved wording for offline item text to include the number of offline items waiting synchronization.

Company Library

• Improved text notification to admin if incorrect credentials were added when linking a Verity DG training account.
• Removed/hid incessant pop-up that would occur when a user accessed the Company Library module in an offline state.

Clients & Jobs

• Fixed bug where users were unable to copy clients and job lists.
